Shipping policy
All orders are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours. Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- USA: 3-7 business days
- UK: 3-7 business days
- Australia: 5-9 business days
- Canada: 5-9 business days
- Rest of the world: 10-20 business days
Order Confirmation and Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed to the email address provided at checkout, which may take up to 48 hours. A second email will follow once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number and a link to track your package's journey. If there are issues with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly before reaching out to us. Allow 1 - 4 days for tracking information to appear. In rare cases, tracking may not update immediately, but rest assured your order will still arrive. Contact us if your order hasn't arrived after the estimated delivery time.
